A digital garage for all your bikes and every one of their parts

If you own more than one bike, or have swapped parts over the years, knowing what each one carries and since when stops being trivial. A digital garage organises your bikes and components and keeps the history of every part.

Pedalytics is in preparation and cannot be downloaded or used yet. This guide explains the approach it is being built around. Meet Pedalytics

What a bike garage should remember

  • Your bikes and their type: road, gravel, MTB, urban or triathlon.
  • The components fitted to each and their position: front, rear, left or right.
  • The spares you keep and the parts you have removed.
  • When each component was installed and when it was removed.
  • The history of every part, even if it moves between bikes.

From the catalogue to your bike

Starting from a catalogue saves typing: in Pedalytics, still in preparation, the catalogue includes more than 3,500 components and complete factory builds from Canyon, Specialized and Giant so you can start in minutes.

What matters is the separation between the catalogue and your own copy. What you change does not touch the catalogue, and the catalogue never rewrites your history.

The life cycle of every component

Install, remove or keep as a spare: every component has its own life cycle. Recording it lets you know how much a part has worked on each bike and which rides it has accumulated.

From Strava gear to your bike

If you use Strava, you can connect your Strava bikes to yours once. From then on, future rides arrive already assigned to the right bike.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have several bikes?

Yes. The garage is built for all your bikes, each with its own fitted components.

What happens to my history if the catalogue is updated?

Nothing: your copy is private and the catalogue never rewrites your history.

Is my data private?

Yes. Only your account can read and change your bikes, components and rides. The catalogue is public and verifiable; yours is not.
